Classes Have Started!

Our WHOLISTIC MOVEMENT classes are underway on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. Certified Instructor Tobi Thomas conducts the classes which involve proper stretching and breathing techniques.

Our AEROBICS CLASSES, conducted by Karelyn Darvas, will be on Friday mornings at 10 a.m.

We will be offering BALLROOM DANCE classes instructed by Marilyn Valentino and/or Patricia Greener.

Dance classes will be on Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. and Saturday at 7 p.m.

Private dance instruction by appointment is available upon request. Call for prices.

A minimum of 5 students are required for class work.

Classes are 50 minutes in length and ALL the above classes cost only $12 per session!

Purchase a package of 10 sessions - applicable to any combination of classes - for $100.

Use your 10 sessions anyway you wish. Bring friends. There is no time limit in which they must be used.

PILATES CLASSES will be available on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. & Friday at 3:30 & 4:30 p.m. and are conducted by Certified Instructors Denise Lazzaro and/or Sharon O'Donnell. Call us for current pricing and registration.
